Glenmorangie Lasanta 12yr Scotch

Aged in Bourbon casks for 10 years, then “extra matured” for two years in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is luxe and rich, a fine after-dinner sipper. Allow a little time for the aroma to emerge, and a splash of water for maximum flavor. The reward is a thick caramel aroma and flavor, with mouthwatering spicy notes of clove, cassia bark and a hint of orange peel. 93 pts Wine Enthusiast

Barrel Dovetail Bourbon

There’s personality galore in this blend of 10 year old Indiana whiskey finished in cabernet sauvignon casks and 11 year old Tennessee bourbon finished in rum casks and port pipes. Caramel, honeycomb candy, See’s molasses chips, peanuts, graham crackers, cola, mature oak, and a little dill on the nose. The palate is chewy, with dried cherries, grape soda, root beer candy, roasted walnuts, dark chocolate, black pepper, ginger, graham cracker, cinnamon cookie, and lush leathery oak.

High West Double Rye

Billed as “the spiciest rye whiskey anywhere,” this is a blend of two rye whiskeys, both a minimum of two years old, sourced from multiple distilleries. It has a mild, honeyed scent, while the palate surprises with vanilla custard contrasted by traces of smoke, eucalyptus and cigar wrapper. As promised, the long finish explodes with a spicy burst—but don't worry, it's not too extreme to sip. 92pts Wine Enthusiast

Litchfield Batchers Vodka

Silver Medal Winner at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition! Gluten-Free Batchers’ Vodka is distilled from luscious corn grown during the beautiful summer months in Sharon, CT. Distilled 4 ¾ times and uses a gravity-fed charcoal filter that takes 12 hours to filter 100 gallons. The longer the vodka sits on the charcoal, the more impurities are removed, which creates an incredibly smooth taste.

Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin

How to describe American Dry Gin? Liquor.com called it “an aromatic powerhouse.” The main punch comes from juniper (naturally). La Gran Senora Anejo Tequila

Matured in ex-tequila casks made of American White Oak, La Gran Señora Tequila Añejo has been in the wood for just over 12 months before being cold-filtered and bottled, leaving a clean, elegant tequila full of gentle oak, soft vanilla, dried fruit, peach, and an undertone of cinnamon.

El Dorado 12yr Rum

Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, mellow, full bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice. The finish is delightful, elegant and dry. “Hedonistic and well balanced”

Cognac Park VSOP

Made with ugni blanc grapes, Cognac Park VSOP is a blend of brandies from the Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, and Grande Champagne crus. The eau-de-vie sits in lightly toasted new casks of French Limousin oak for 8 months, before being transferred to older, used casks for a total of 8 to 12 years of maturation. Its fruity flavors which call to mind flambéed banana and freshly picked vine peaches come together in an agreeable marriage of jasmine and bergamot to celebrate an incomparable voyage of the senses.
