Roxbury-based Mine HIll distills their own base spirit and use a traditional gin basket to vapor infuse a gin that is unusually smooth.
Litchfield Distillery
Locally-made
Litchfield Distillery in Bantam, Connecticut uses select botanicals, masterfully balanced to create their Batchers’ Gin. This local gin is slightly on the sweet side, however still retains a classic juniper signature with citrus overtones. The result is a very smooth spirit with an evolving, crisp finish. It’s martini-grade; serve it neat or in mixed drinks. Bottled at 86 proof.
Tuck
Locally-made
Conceived and made in Weston, Connecticut, this local gin has a refreshing taste is distinct from other gins and spirits. Fresh hand-peeled grapefruit peel, fresh jasmine flowers, two junipers and six other botanicals, each individually distilled and then blended, makes a unique and distinct gin. The citrus notes pair perfectly with the juniper’s balance and the spicy notes which reveals a smooth gin with a long-lasting finish.
Hendricks
Infused with rose and cucumber
Hendrick's is an unusual gin created from eleven fine botanicals. The curious, yet marvelous, infusions of rose & cucumber imbue the spirit with its uniquely balanced flavor resulting in an impeccably smooth distinct gin.
Barr Hill
Raw Honey for a hint of sweetness
Barr Hill Gin, made in Vermont, has perfected the use of raw honey in the distillery, capturing the countless botanicals foraged by honey bees into a bottle of gin. The juniper-forward botanicals are brought to a perfect balance by the floral depth of the raw honey. The results of this Old Tom style gin are distinctive and unparalleled because the local honey in Vermont takes on seasonal flavors based on what flowers the bees are sipping from.
Empress 1908
Unique blue color
A unique gin that pairs traditional juniper notes of a London Dry with a modern flavor profile, Empress 1908 has a distinct indigo hue. The hue changes to bright lavender, soft pink, or fuchsia depending on the mix. Handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 is inspired by the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. On top of traditional botanicals, a signature blend of black tea served at the Empress Hotel is added.
