Paper Plane
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz campari
- ¾ oz Amaro Nonino
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz demerara simple
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
How to make
- Add New Riff Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino Quintessential, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled but not overshaken
- Strain into a cool cocktail glass
