Summer Negroni

Ingredients

  • 2 Parts Greenhook Gin
  • 1 Part Aperol
  • 1 Part Carpano Antica Formula
  • 1 Lux Ice Ball
  • Raspberries

How to make

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker muddle raspberries and then measure all the ingredients into the shaker. Fill with ice, shake until well-chilled and strain into a rock glass with 1 Lux ice ball.
