Raspberry Sherry Martini


  • 2.5 oz. The Botanist Gin
  • .5 oz. Fino Sherry
  • .5 oz. Raspberry Honey water

How to make

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled

Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice

Garnish with pickled or fresh raspberry

How to make the Raspberry Honey Water


8.5 oz. Raw Honey

8.5 oz. Freshly Boiled Water

1 cup Raspberries

How to make

Combine everything in a mason jar

Shake well and leave for 4 hours
