Sparkling Wine Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Sparkling Wine
  • Bitters
  • Sugar Cubes (brown or white)
  • Lemon peel

How to make

Place a sugar cube in a spoon and saturate with bitters. Drop the cube into the bottom of a champagne flute. Use a knife to peel off a strip of lemon skin. Squeeze the lemon skin into the flute to release the oils. Wipe the rim of the glass with the peel. Fill the glass with sparking wine and serve immediately. Garnish with a lemon twist if desired.⁠
